Biography

Assistant professor in the Department of Audiovisual Communication and Advertising at the University of Malaga, Spain. Her main research interests are ecosocial communication, environmental humanities, and social change.

She has studied the use of educommunication and Indigenous radios for the preservation of the Amazon, the news coverage of climate change as a function of the political orientation of North American media, the ecosocial transition narratives on public television in Spain, as well as the correlation between access to information and pro-environmental attitudes of Spanish university students.

Member of the Spanish Association of Communication Research (AE-IC).
